We Translate, Review & Certify
Once you approve the quote and submit payment, your document is assigned to a qualified translator who specialises in your language pair and document type. Every translation is then reviewed by a second native speaker for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before certification.
Your finished translation includes a signed certification statement confirming the translator's qualifications and the accuracy of the translation — exactly what USCIS, courts, universities, and other agencies require. If notarization is needed, we coordinate that as part of the same process.
Receive Your Certified Translation
Your completed, certified translation is delivered by email as a PDF — ready to submit to USCIS, a court, a university, or any other agency. Most standard documents are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Do I need to bring my original documents to your office?
No. A clear scan or photo of your document is all we need. You keep your originals and we work from the digital copy. USCIS and most courts accept certified translations made from scanned originals.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Most quotes are sent within 1 hour of receiving your document during business hours. If you contact us outside of business hours, you will receive your quote first thing the following morning.
What languages do you translate?
We translate 100+ language pairs. Spanish–English is our highest-volume service, but we also regularly handle Vietnamese, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), French, German, Hindi, Russian, Farsi, Korean, Portuguese, and many others. Can I get a physical copy of my certified translation?
Yes. All orders are delivered digitally by default. If you also need physical copies, we can mail them, arrange courier delivery, or you can pick them up in person at our Dallas office. Let us know your preference when you place the order.
Is notarization the same as certification?
No. A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator confirming accuracy — this is what USCIS requires. A notarized translation adds a notary public's verification of the translator's identity. Some agencies require notarization in addition to certification. We offer both as part of the same order process.
What if I have multiple documents to translate?
Send us the full list and we will quote the entire package together. Bundling multiple documents — common for green card applications and family petitions — allows us to coordinate turnaround times so everything is ready at once. Volume discounts may apply for larger orders.
